Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Horror Mods for MCPE app (package: com.mcmodstudio.horror), operated by MC Mod Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About the App

Horror Mods is a free catalog app that lets you browse, discover, and install horror mods for Minecraft Bedrock Edition (MCPE) on Android.

Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or any part of it.

Content, Creators & Intellectual Property

The horror mods available in the app are either created in-house by the studio or contributed by community creators, and each item is credited in the app together with a license badge wherever applicable. Studio-original content remains the property of the studio; all other trademarks, artwork, and content belong to their respective owners.

If you are a creator or rights holder and believe your work is included improperly or without correct credit, contact us at maricamy9104@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly — including removal on request.

Downloads & Third-Party Content

Installing content requires Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which is sold separately by Mojang/Microsoft. Content is provided “as is”; behavior inside Minecraft can vary by game version and device. Always keep backups of worlds you care about before installing new content.

Advertising & Premium Unlocks

The app is free and supported by ads. Premium content is unlocked by watching a rewarded ad — there are no payments in the app. Unlocks are stored locally on your device; uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove them. Unlocks are provided as a convenience and have no monetary value.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app in any unlawful way, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape or redistribute its catalog, or misrepresent the app or its content as your own work.

Availability & Changes to the Service

Content in the catalog changes continuously — items may be added, updated, or removed at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MC Mod Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost worlds, lost data, or device issues — arising from your use of the app or content installed through it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
